The final Free Version of Rites of Transmutation, the 2nd edition compatible ruleset, is out!

Here are the changes from the last iteration:

- Color cover! (Not the most important but I like it a lot!)

- More comprehensive indexing.

- Includes a Basic Divine and Arcane Spell list for level 1 spells in the new "Tweet format".

- Standardized terminology for Saving Throws.

- Clarification about distance/area/volume ranges.

- The term "ability traits" was replaced by "ability stats".

- The term "reaction bonus" changed to "reaction modifier".
