Rites of Transmutation (RoT) is an adventure roleplaying game of folk heroes facing the threats of a world filled with dark places and ancient secrets, of alien watchers and lost realms beyond the veil of magic.

RoT emphasizes direct interaction with the fictional world and highlights conversation and narration as the main mechanic, saving numbers and dice rolls to an auxiliary role. You won't find perception rolls or insight checks inside this book.

RoT is also fully compatible -out of the box or the PDF- with all the material from the 1989 - 1999 period of a certain dungeon game, so you have plenty of material to borrow from.
